Every engagement is led by a senior researcher who stays on it from scoping through to the findings session. For larger studies we bring in associates we have worked with before, sized to the project rather than to a permanent payroll. It means we take on fewer engagements at once, and it means the person in your kickoff is the person in your readout.
We work in English with product teams across Europe and the UK, remotely, with on-site time where being in the room earns its cost.

Ghazal Rahvar
I spent [X] years as a principal-level UX researcher inside product teams rather than around them, most recently at [Company], where I led research for [product area].
I started Gazelle after watching the same thing happen in every organisation I worked in: teams asking excellent questions, and then shipping before the answers arrived. The tooling has changed enough in the last two years that this no longer has to be the trade-off it was — but only if someone is rigorous about which parts of the work a machine should touch and which it should not.
The name is my own, in the spelling English speakers can read. In Persian it is Ghazal — a form of lyric poetry built on close observation and careful expression. Which is not a bad description of the work.
I work from Lugano, Switzerland, and across Europe and the UK.

A study has done its job when a decision changes. We write for the person who has to make that decision on Monday, not for the archive.
